Refunds for your purchase
WorkTanx is supplied by Whack Art and Design. Purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy, which forms part of this policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net to contact Paddle’s buyer support and request a refund. Have your purchase email address and order or transaction reference ready. Paddle handles the request and any return of funds to your payment method under its refund policy.
Subscriptions and cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the cancellation terms shown at checkout; it is separate from requesting a refund. For payment, billing, tax and cancellation details, see Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
